Strata-bound lead–zinc deposits are available. After detailed exploration work comprising of geological mapping, geophysical surface, trenches, tunneling & core drilling, a total of   0.49 million tones reserves of lead and zinc was estimated. This includes 0.20 million tones proven, 0.17 million tones indicated and 0.18 million tons in inferred category. The ore grade is 7% Zn and 3% Pb. Bench and pilot scale beneficiation has successfully be conducted. The lead zinc chemicals have also been manufactured on bench scale.
